Three meters, one popup

Current session, Fable, and weekly across all models. The toolbar badge shows your session without opening anything.

Know when it resets

Every meter shows its reset time. Colors follow claude.ai's own warning levels, so amber and red mean what they mean there.

Private by design

The extension has no servers, no analytics and no access to your conversations. It reads your usage numbers with the login already in your browser.

See it in action

Eight seconds, sound on: click the icon, read your meters. (Recorded in Safari; the popup is the same everywhere.)

Set up in a minute

  1. Get Meterous for your browser from one of the stores above.
  2. In Chrome, Edge or Firefox, click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar and pin Meterous. In Safari, open the Meterous app once, then choose Settings → Extensions and tick Meterous.
  3. Sign in to claude.ai in that browser, if you aren't already.
  4. That's it. Click the icon any time to see your meters.

Chrome may warn that Meterous "is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing". That's about the extension being new, not about what it does: Google grants that status to developers after a few months in good standing, and only people who turn on Enhanced protection see it. More on that.
